Seller Central Quick-Switch ("the extension") is a free Chrome extension developed by Welch Commerce Systems. This privacy policy explains what data the extension accesses, what it stores, and what it does not do.

Data the extension accesses

The extension does not read page data from Seller Central or the Advertising Console. It only listens for the keyboard shortcut configured by the user (Ctrl+K by default, Cmd+K on Mac). When the shortcut is pressed, the extension renders its own command palette overlay; the palette's contents are the user's own page list, not anything scraped from the page.

The extension only attaches its keyboard listener on Seller Central domains (sellercentral.amazon.com and its regional variants) and on advertising.amazon.com. It does not run on any other site.

Data the extension stores

The extension stores the following items locally using Chrome's chrome.storage.sync API:

• The user's page list (default plus any custom destinations the user has added or modified)
• The user's custom keyboard shortcut, if changed from the default
• The user's recently used page list (so frequent destinations bubble to the top)

These items are stored under the user's Chrome profile and may sync to the same browser profile on the user's other devices via Chrome's built-in sync, if the user has Chrome sync enabled. Nothing is stored off-device by the extension itself.

Data the extension does not collect or transmit

The extension does not collect, transmit, store off-device (beyond Chrome's own sync of preferences), sell, share, or otherwise process any of the following:

• Personally identifiable information (name, email, address, etc.)
• Authentication credentials, passwords, or security tokens
• Browsing history or web activity
• Page content from Seller Central or the Advertising Console
• IP addresses, geolocation, or device identifiers
• Usage analytics or telemetry

The extension does not phone home, does not contact any external server, and does not use any analytics services.

Third parties

The extension does not share any data with third parties because the extension does not collect any data to share. The extension does not include analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or any other third-party code.

Permissions explained

The extension requests the following Chrome permissions:

• storage: used only to save the user's page list, custom keyboard shortcut, and recently used page list via chrome.storage.sync
• host_permissions for sellercentral.amazon.com (and the supported regional Seller Central domains) and advertising.amazon.com: required so the keyboard shortcut listener can attach on those pages

Source code transparency

The extension's complete source code is included in the installation package. Users are encouraged to inspect the code to verify the claims in this privacy policy.
